摘要
针对先进制造系统的需求,参考STEP标准,进行了支持STEP标准的模具产品集成建模的研究。建立了模具产品模型的总体结构,具体分析了其核心部分——模具产品集成信息模型(DPIM),并研究了模具产品模型中应用协议的开发过程。
To meet the requirements of the advanced manufacturing systems, a die product integrated model is put forward based on SETP. The global structure of the die product model is established according to the ANSI/X3/SPARC schema. And its key model Die Product Integrated Information Model(DPIIM) is discussed in detail. Furthermore, the development process of application protocol for contexts of die development is described in this paper. In a word, this die product model based on STEP tends to provide the die development a uniform reference model.
