摘要
介绍了批量客户化生产(MassCustomization:MC)的基本概念,分析总结了西方企业在产品不同生命周期阶段实现客户化生产的基本方法。然后基于在我国11家机械制造企业的实际调研,论述了它们实施客户化生产的不同方法。
This paper introduces the basic concept of mass customization (MC) and analyzes and summarizes the basic techniques for implementation of MC in western manufacturing companies during the five stages (design, manufacturing, assembling, supply chian, and selling and services) within the products life cycle. Based on case studies on 11 Chinese manufacturing companies, the techniques and practices for implementation of MC are also described.
