摘要
对GB 8918—2006将6×9W-FC钢丝绳归属6×7类钢丝绳提出质疑,指出6×9W-FC—20钢丝绳生产的难点在于3-3+3股的捻制,该股是平行捻结构,内层由3根Φ1.3 mm钢丝组成,外层由Φ1.90 mm和Φ2.30 mm钢丝组成,粗细钢丝间隔排列,不同层钢丝在股中具有相同的捻距。给出钢丝绳中钢丝的生产工艺和捻股合绳方法及参数,对股绳通过后变形器表面不平整现象进行分析,指出这是由于内层钢丝无间隙的结构决定的,可通过减小捻距和选择合适尺寸的后变形器来解决。
To doubt that 6×9W-FC—20 steel wire rope belongs to 6×7 steel wire rope in GB8918—2006,and indicate the production difficulty is the spinning of 3-3+3 strand,which strand is parallel stranding,consisting of three diameter 1.3mm steel wire in the inner and diameter 1.90mm,diameter 2.30mm in the external.The thick and thin steel wires are in alternation ranking,steel wire in different tier has the same lay pitch.The production process of steel wire for rope,method and parameter of spinning to a rope are demonstrated.To analyze the unevenness when wire rope passed post-deformer and point out that's caused by unspaced structure of inner steel wire,which can be solved by reducing lay pitch and post-deformer with appropriate size.
