摘要
教师岗前培训是高校师资队伍建设的一项基础性工作,其培训质量直接影响到教师未来的教学技能及价值取向。从当前来看,我国高校教师岗前培训存在着重视不足、实践性不强、培训师资配置不合理以及培训考核机制不健全等问题,这些问题将直接影响到高校后续教学、科研工作的开展。因此,要根据培训教师和各高等学校自身的特点,从思想认识、培训内容、制度建设等方面采取有效措施,构建科学的高校教师岗前培训框架,明确岗前培训对提高高校教师队伍整体素质的重大意义。
Pre-post training is the fundamental work of team development of college teachers.The quality of pre-post training has a direct influence on the future teaching skill and value orientation of the teachers.Presently,many problems exist,such as lack of due attention,weak practicality,unreasonable teacher allocation,as well as imperfect assessment mechanism,which undoubtedly affect the development of the follow-up teaching and research work of the universities.Therefore,we should establish a scientific pre-post training framework of colleges and universities,in accordance with the unique characteristics of the teachers and their universities,and to take effective measures in such areas as ideological understanding,training content and system constructions.The realization of the importance of pre-post training is truly of great significance to the enhancement of the overall quality of college teachers.
