摘要
采用ANSYS对叠层橡胶支座及与悬臂柱构成的串联隔震体系进行模拟分析,介绍了建立模型的过程,给出了参数设置。对叠层橡胶支座基本力学性能模拟,得到在受压时和受压剪时橡胶与钢板的等效应力分布;对悬臂柱不同截面尺寸两种串联体系进行压剪模拟,得到荷载与位移曲线。通过对比分析叠层橡胶支座基本力学性能结果,得到橡胶支座压缩与剪切最大应力点与破坏机理;通过对串联体系的模拟分析,得出了悬臂柱刚度不同时串联体系水平恢复力的变化情况和造成这种变化的原因。
Laminated rubber isolator and series system is analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS in this paper.The process of model and parameters setting are introduced.Through the laminated rubber bearings basic mechanics performance simulation,the equivalent stress distribution of rubber and steel plate is derived;Through the cantilever column different sectional dimensions two series system pressure cutting simulation,the load and displacement curve is derived.It is obtained the maximum shear point and failure mechanism of laminated rubber bearings by the basic mechanics performance results.The series system simulation analysis shows that when columns cantilever stiffness are different,the restoring force of series system is changed,and the reason of the change is derived.
