摘要
分别选用全自动洗衣机波轮异型垫圈和双桶洗衣机脱水桶异型垫圈两个不锈钢零件为制造对象,对其结构形状和尺寸进行必要的调整,使之可以进行套裁。通过合理调整冲裁工艺,采用合适的模具结构、模具零件材料及热处理工艺,成功在一套复合模上一次冲出两个零件,节约大量材料并提高了生产效率,获取更好的技术与经济效益。
The structural shape and dimension were adjusted indispensably for jointly blanking in terms of two stainless steel parts of pulsator profile gasket on fully-auto washer and anhydr-bucket profile gasket on twin-tube washer.The two parts were formed simultaneously in a set of composite stamping die by adopting the reasonable blanking technology,the suitable die construction and materials,as well as the heat treatment process.As a result,a lot of materials were saved in favor of the improvement of productivity,and good technology and economic efficiency were also obtained.
