个人-组织契合度的测量指标研究——基于相似性契合与互补性契合的分类研究 被引量:12

摘要 本研究对个人-组织契合的测量指标进行了探讨,并针对两类契合进行了测量指标应用分析,得出分析结论。相似性契合与互补性契合是两种不同的契合方式。针对不同类型的契合选择相适应测量指标,可以减小测量误差,使测量更为准确,这对个人-组织契合研究的进一步发展和个人-组织契合度测量在实证研究中的应用具有重要意义。
