摘要
研究了均相催化活化剂四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)对臭氧氧化脱色降解活性染料的增效作用,考察了臭氧气流量、TAED浓度、pH值及反应时间对脱色率和COD_(Cr)值的影响。结果表明,活化剂TAED能够活化臭氧产生过氧乙酸、降低溶液表面张力来增强臭氧氧化脱色能力,提高染料废水的脱色率和COD_(Cr)去除率,缩短反应时间。
Synergistic action of homogeneous activator tetraacetylethylenediamine (TAED) on ozone decolonzation of reactive dyes was studied. Influences of ozone airflow, TAED concentration, pH value and reaction time on decoloration rate and CODc, value were investigated. The results showed that activator TAED could enhance ozone decolorization action, improve decoloration rate and removal of CODc, and shorten reaction time by activating ozone to produce peracetic acid and reduce surface tension of the solution.
