摘要
目的探索应用新型血管造影剂氧化铋与新载体聚乙烯醇水溶胶,配制为管道填充剂对人体血管进行灌注,经CT扫描后进行血管3D可视化研究。方法 1.以1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0g氧化铋分别与10%的聚乙烯醇水溶胶10ml配制成填充材料,做成10ml注射器棒状铸件CT扫描,筛选最佳氧化铋浓度;2.采用最佳氧化铋浓度填充剂进行新鲜尸体血管灌注,X线摄影,CT扫描,Mimics10.01或3d-Doctor软件进行血管三维重建。结果以最佳浓度0.25g/ml氧化铋-聚乙烯醇填充剂灌注的血管标本,X线摄影下标本动脉血管显影清晰,细小血管也充分显示;CT连续扫描断面图像血管显影均匀,三维重建所得图像清晰,管道饱满,边缘连续平滑,无齿状伪影。结论聚乙烯醇-氧化铋填充剂是一种理想的适用于人体血管3D可视化研究的新型材料。
Objective To explore the application of angiography adopting polyvinyl alcohol and bismuth oxide.Methods(1)For making loading agent,bismuth oxide,with the mass of 1.5g,2.0g,2.5g and 3.0g,were mixed with 10%polyvinyl alcohol respectively.Rod-shape casts with the volume of 10ml were produced and CT scanned for screening the optimized concentration of bismuth oxide.(2)Bismuth oxide with the optimized concentration were used to perfuse into vessels of fresh cadavers,and then,X ray,CT scan,and Mimics 10.01 or 3d-Doctor software were used to perform 3D reconstruction of vessels.Results Under X ray,perfused vessels with loading agent including 0.25g/ml bismuth oxide visualized clearly,even the minute blood vessels.CT images showed vessel images uniformly,furthermore,the 3D images were clearly and smoothly,without dentate shadow appeared.Conclusions As an ideal neotype loading agent,polyvinyl alcohol and bismuth oxide can be used to visualize and reconstruct 3D vessel images.
