摘要
受经济危机及近年来部分高校盲目跟风"艺考热"的影响,艺术类专业大学生就业形势不容乐观。针对这一群体的特点,积极有序地开展职业指导工作日益重要。这一工作必须贯穿整个大学阶段,内容上则必须强调个人发展与社会发展的平衡,以及创业精神和团队协作意识。
Due to the influence of economic crisis and following suit in arts examination in some colleges and universities, the employment situation of the undergraduates in arts major is not optimistic. According to this group＇s characteristics, it is more and more important to carry out the vocational guidance actively and orderly. The work must be done during the whole period of the students＂ study in colleges and universities, and it must contain the balance of individual development and social development, the enterprising spirits and the sense of teamwork.
