摘要
樗蚕蛹精巢细胞传代培养已到89代。细胞系形态基本为圆形,少数为梭形。细胞呈悬浮生长,也有少数半贴壁现象。细胞群体倍增时间约72h左右。细胞系生长的适宜培养基为MGM443;温度26~27℃pH64。染色体具有典型鳞翅目昆虫的染色体特征。细胞系的酯酶同功酶、葡萄糖6磷酸脱氢酶活性较好。
The cells from spermary of philosamia cynthia have been propagated by the 89th generations through two and half year subculture up to now.Cell lines are almost circular,few of which are shuttle shaped.The cell lines reproduced in Suspension pattern and duplicated in 72 hours.The best suitable medium for the cells is MGM 443 with temperature 26~27℃ and pH6.4. Their chromosomes have the same characters as that of typical lepdopteran insects The viability of EST isozymes and glucose 6 phosphate hydrogenlyase of the cell lines is higher.
