摘要胼胝体发育不良（dysgenesis of corpus callosum,DCC）包括胼胝体完全缺如和部分缺如,可以单独存在,也可同时合并其它颅内畸形。近年,随着CT特别是MRI的临床广泛应用，极大地提高了胼胝体发育不良的诊断水平。本文分析16例胼胝体发育不全的MRI表现并进行比较．旨在提高对本病的影像学认识。
