摘要 目的:了解杭州地区蜜饯食品中铝污染情况,为今后有目的地开展监督监测工作提供依据。方法:对部分市场上销售蜜饯进行抽样检测,采用等离子发射光谱仪(ICP—AES)法对蜜饯食品进行铝元素分析测试,并进行风险评估。结果:抽样送检30批次的市售蜜饯食品中,蜜饯铝检出率为86.7%,含量最高值为236mg/kg,超过100mg/kg的有7批次,占23.3%。结论:蜜饯食品的铝污染问题不可小视,建议建立相关标准,纳入日常监管。 [Objective] The pollution level of aluminum in glace fruit was investigated in Hangzhou to provide the basis for supervisory and monitoring work in the future. [Method] Aluminum element in glace fruit was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer technique(ICP-AES) and the risk was evaluated. [Result] Among 30 samples deliveried, the detected ratio of aluminum element in glace fruit was 86.7%. The highest aluminum content was 236 mg/kg, while 7 samples exceeded 100mg/kg, accounting for 23.3%. [Conclusion] It was necessary to enhance the food safety control for monitoring the aluminum pollution in glace fruit.
