摘要
综述了我国在抗除草剂基因工程方面的研究进展。从抗除草剂基因工程基本原理的角度，介绍了抗除草剂基因的两主要用途：作为遗传转化的筛选标记基因，用于创造作物雄性不育系和保证作物制种纯度；培育抗除草剂转基因作物。
The papers reviewed the recent progress of studies on anti herbicide genetic engineering in China.And also introduced the two important uses of anti herbicide genes from the point of the basic principle of anti herbicide genetic engineering.The two uses are:1.Anti herbicide gene is used as the selected marker gene in the system of genetic transformation,especially applied in maintaining the engineered male sterile plant materials and assuring the purification of hybrid seed production.2.Anti herbicide gene is used in breeding anti herbicide transgenic crops.
