摘要
目的:总结烧伤湿性医疗技术MEBT/MEBO联合钢丝牵拉治疗皮肤坏死缺损创面的经验。方法:86例皮肤坏死缺损创面,全部按照MEBT/MEBO联合钢丝牵拉皮缘规范换药治疗。结果:创面无感染,全部愈合,无瘢痕挛缩,皮肤弹性好,色泽接近正常。结论:MEBT/MEBO联合钢丝牵拉治疗皮肤坏死缺损创面有效、经济、简便。
Objective： To summarize the experience of treating wounds having cutaneous necrosis and defect with MEBO/MEBO combining with steel wire pulling. Methods： 86 patients with wounds having cutaneous necrosis and defect were treated with MEBT / MEBO combined steel wire pulling. Standardized dressing change was made. Results： All wounds healed without infection and scar contracture. New skin had a good elastics and almost normal color. Conclusions： It is an effective, economical and simple method to treat the wounds having cutaneous necrosis and defect with MEBT / MEBO combined steel wire pulling.
