摘要
钻柱振动失效控制装置通过曲率段时会发生较大的弯曲变形、承受较大的弯曲应力。建立了组合钻具受力变形分析的三维有限元模型,应用ANSYS软件的大变形、接触非线性理论,对不同曲率井段的钻具强度进行了评估,为井下钻具的通过能力评价提供了新的研究方法。
Drillstring vibration control device will occur bending deformation and bear greater bending stress through the curvature.Three-dimensional finite element model is established to analyze the load and the deformation of bottom hole assembly(BHA) with large deformation and non-linear contact theory of ANSYS software.The strength of BHA is evaluated at different curvature and a new passing ability assessment study method is provided.
