摘要
叙述了产业生态系统的内涵和实质以及"气化山西"促山西省经济社会转型发展的意义,指出,"气化山西"将为山西产业生态化发展提供完美的共生界面,是山西省未来可持续发展的必然趋势。提出了促进实施山西省"气化山西"战略的对策建议。
The article has reviewed and analyzed the theory of industrial ecology system.＂Gasified Shanxi＂ will provide the perfect symbiotic interface for development of industrial ecology in Shanxi Province.IES will promote the future sustainable development of Shanxi Province.Meanwhile,this article discusses the high carbon dilemma which Shanxi Province faced in the process of economic development.Pointed out that ＂Gasified Shanxi＂ is the strategic breach of reforming development.Finally,put forward the proposal to promote implementation of the strategy.
