摘要
以未破壁和破壁油菜蜂花粉为材料,采用正交试验对油菜蜂花粉水提和醇提条件进行优化,并应用最优提取条件,进行水醇联合浸提。结果表明:未破壁和破壁油菜蜂花粉先水提后醇提的提取率均极显著地高于先醇提后水提的提取率(P<0.01),分别为62.85%~63.22%,55.81%~60.72%,且先水提后醇提油菜蜂花粉未破壁与破壁的提取率差异不显著(P>0.05)。
The optimized conditions of the alcohol extraction and water extraction of the wall-unbroken and wall-broken of rape pollen were obtained through orthogonal design. Joint extraction of alcohol and water was conducted under the obtained optimized conditions. The results showed that the extraction ratio of technology of water extraction first and then alcohol extraction was significant higher than that of alcohol extraction first and then water extraction(P〈0.01 ). They were 62.85%-63.22% and 55.81%-60.72% respectively. There was no significant difference between extraction ratios of the wall-unbroken and wall-broken with the technology of water extraction first and then alcohol extraction(P〉0.05).
