摘要
采用不完全双列杂交方法测定了隐性核不育系与黔油系列品种(系)产量、单株有效角果、主花序有效角果、千粒重、角实粒数的配合力。结果表明:(1)二者之间在产量、角实粒数和单株有效角果及主花序有效角果的特殊配合力分别达到极显著差异和显著差异,而千粒重无显著差异;(2)不育系产量及产量性状一般配合力除单株有效角果无差异外,其余均达显著差异;(3)黔油系列品种(系)产量性状的一般配合力达到显著和极显著差异。
An incompletel dialle cross was made by using 10 rape varieties ( B napus L.)as male parents and 3 inbred recessive GMS lines(testers) as female parents.Analysis was conducted for general and specific combining ability(GCA and SCA)of grain yield per plant,valid pods of main inflorescence,pods per plant,1000-grain weight and seed number per pod.The results showed:(1)SCA of grain yield per plant,valid pods number of main inflorescence,seeds per pod and pods per plant had highly any significant and significant difference between the varieties and the GMS lines,but 1000-grain wt.did not show significant difference.(2)Apart from GCA of GMS lines in pods per plant,the other yield characters of GMS lines showed significant difference.(3)Because GCA of yield characters in a series of Qianyou's varieties showed highly significant and significant difference,most of varieties could be continuously used as core parents in rape cross-breeding.
