摘要
目的:评价CHROMager念珠菌显色培养基在念珠菌深部感染标本检测中的应用价值。方法:用CHROMager念珠菌显色培养基分离和鉴定来源于贵州省内不同地区224例深部感染患者的真菌标本,采用PCR扩增和DNA序列分析方法检测分离真菌rDNA的ITS序列。结果:224例深部感染患者标本共分离念珠菌243株,显色培养基鉴定16例标本为混合念珠菌感染,占7.1%,其中155株白假丝酵母菌63.8%,居分离率首位;显色培养基鉴定结果与基因鉴定结果符合率为97.7%。结论:深部感染念珠菌以白假丝酵母菌最常见,CHROMager念珠菌显色培养基能快速、简便、准确地分离临床常见的念珠菌,并可有效地提高混合念珠菌感染的检出率。
Objective: To evaluate CHROMager candida medium(CCM) in identification of pathogenic Candida from patients with deep infection,and to invastigate the microflora and distribution of Candida in Guizhou area.Methods: Two hundred and twenty-four samples derived from patients with deep infectious diseases were cultivated and indentified on CCM.ITS of strains isolated were amplified and determined by PCR and DNA sequencing.Results: Two hundred and forty-three strains of fungi including 155 C.albicans(63.8%) were isolated from the 224 samples with CCM.Sixteen samples(7.1%) were proved multi-fungi infection.The coincidence rate of identification results of CCM method with those of gene analysis method was 97.7%.Conclusions: C.albicans is come in Candida caused deep infection in Guizhou.CCM culture is a quick and convenient method for identification of Candida in clinic,and is especially useful in detecting mixed multi-fungi infection.
