摘要
基于刚柔耦合系统动力学理论,对混凝土泵车臂架回转起动、制动时的阻尼振动衰减特性进行了仿真,研究了臂架横向振动机理,提出了平稳制动、减小横向振动的控制策略,通过试验论证了控制策略的可行性,为其他类似的回转制动工程机械安全控制提供了新的方法.
Based on the dynamical theories for rigid-flexibility coupling systems,a concrete pump truck boom is simulated on damping attenuation properties in the case of rotary starting and braking.Further studied on the boom yaw vibration mechanism,a control strategy is proposed to for steady braking and yaw vibration reduction.By the means of testing,the control strategy feasibility is validated.Therefore,this approach provides a novel method for safety control on similar rotary-braking construction machinery.
