摘要
通过60 kg级钢淬火过程的埋偶试验和ABAQUS软件模拟计算进行对比。通过应力-应变曲线的测定,模拟计算淬火过程中厚板尺寸的变化规律。结果表明,ABAQUS软件可以模拟厚板淬火过程的温度变化;调质过程中厚板的厚度减薄,宽度、长度增加,随着原始厚度的增加,厚度减薄率下降;经过对工业生产厚板尺寸的测量及与模拟值进行对比,认为其模拟计算的厚度、宽度变化较为准确,而长度偏差较大。
The implanted test with thermocouples during quenching process for a 60 kg grade steel was carried out,and the process was also simulated by ABAQUS software.The dimension variation trend of heavy plate during quenching process was investigated by testing the stress-stain curves.The results show that the software can simulate temperature variations of the steel during quenching process,thickness of the heavy plate decreases while the width and length increase during the quenching and tempering process.With the increasing of original thickness,the reduction ratio of thickness drops.Measurement of dimensions for the industrial produced heavy plate and comparison with the simulation show that the simulated varations of thickness and width are relative accurate,while the deviation of the length is slightly big.
