摘要
将感应器和前、后定位块安装在一起,并位于同一齿中,制造成多功能模块的同齿定位装置,并采用感应器自动调节、自动跟踪、外形采用仿形与渐开线相结合的方法,使淬火加热、冷却同时进行,实现连续感应淬火。同齿定位装置有效地克服了隔齿定位装置所产生的淬火层硬度不均匀及邻齿回火现象,增加了齿轮的抗疲劳性、抗咬合性、耐磨性,齿轮的淬火生产效率提高。
Inductor,front positioning block and back positioning block were installed together and put into the same tooth in order to manufacture a same tooth positioning unit with multiple functional module.Heating and cooling during quenching can run simultaneously and continuous induction quenching comes true by automatic tracing,automatic adjustment of inductor with the profile adopting the technology of the combination of profile modeling and involute.The same tooth positioning unit effectively overcomes the phenomenon of uneven hardness of the quenching layer and seriously tempering of the neighbor tooth.It also strengthenes the fatigue durability,anti-adhesive and wear resistance which increase the productive efficiency of quenching.
