完善基本药物制度财政补偿机制 被引量：6

摘要 宁波市鄞州区作为浙江省首批30个县（市、区）基本药物零差价实施地区之一，于今年2月25日起，在全区23家社区卫生服务中心及其下辖的250余家卫生服务站，全面实施国家基本药物制度试点，国家筛选的307种基本药物和浙江省补充的150种基本药物全面实行“零差价”制度。在推进基本药物制度实施过程中，鄞州区面临着统筹兼顾确保卫生医疗机构的正常性支出、财政资金的高效利用和老百姓得到最大实惠三者关系的难题。
