摘要
对于多峰超声振动系统工作过程中存在的频率漂移问题,采用传统单一的相位法或电流反馈法进行频率跟踪,存在频率跟踪范围较窄,可靠性较差等不足;为了解决多峰超声振动系统的频率搜索和频率跟踪的困难性,研究了多峰超声振子的电流与电压的相位关系、电流变化趋势和电流大小,以及三者的关系,确立了相位和电流双参数联合控制的方法,设计出相应的控制算法和电路系统,并在自制的超声塑料焊接电源上进行频率搜索和频率跟踪实验;实验结果表明双参数频率搜索与跟踪的方法是可行的。
Traditionally,there are many weaknesses in the single phase method or current feedback method against the frequency drift problem during the multimodal ultrasonic vibration system operation,such as the narrow scale of frequency searching and weak dependability.In order to solve the difficulty of the frequency tracking and searching in the multimodal ultrasonic vibration system,the paper studied the phase relations of current and voltage,the change tendency and the value of current on multimodal ultrasonic vibrator,then the relations among them.On this basis,the combination control method with double parameters of phase and current was established,and the corresponding control algorithm and circuit system were designed.The experiment of frequency searching and tracking has been done on the self-made ultrasonic plastic welding power supply.The experimental results show that the method of frequency tracking and searching with double parameters is valid.
