摘要
针对飞机机载电子系统测试设备在研制过程中直接使用机载系统进行调试和验证工作存在成本高、风险大的问题,研制了以ARM+FPGA为核心的嵌入式航空测试信号发生器,可以产生在机载系统测试中涉及的频率、总线以及旋变和同步器等多种信号;通过在某惯导系统通用测试平台研制过程的实际应用表明,该信号发生器工作稳定可靠,各种信号满足精度等性能要求,极大地方便了测试平台的调试和验证,同时还嵌入到大型ATE设备中构成了系统自检的信号发生源。
To solve the problem of high cost and big risk caused by the direct use of airborne system to debug and validate airborne avionics ATE,the dissertation designed an ARM+FPGA-based embeded test signal generator which can generate many various signals used in airborne system test,such as the frequence signal,air bus signal,resolver signal and synchro signal.The evaluatition for this equipment used in the development of INS ATE show that this signal generator can work steadily and reliably and the precision meet the performance request.And this equipment makes the work of debug and validation of the ATE much more conveniet,meanwhile,which can be embeded in the ATE as the signal generator in ATE self-test.
