摘要 季节性流感在全球广泛流行,严重威胁着人类健康,对流感的预防尚无特别有效的方法,目前,接种流感疫苗是最好的途径。本文就常见的季节性流感疫苗的类型及其作用机理、安全性、有效性,以及包括复制缺陷流感毒株疫苗、重组杆状杆菌表达的血凝素(rHA[FluBlok])流感疫苗在内的新型疫苗研发情况进行了综述。 Seasonal influenza which spread widely all over the world and peril people's health severely.There's no effective way to prevent influenza and inoculation is the best way.The article reviews the common types of the seasonal influenza vaccine and its mechanism,safety,efficacy,and the researching development of the new types of the vaccine including replication-deficient DeltaNS1-H1N1 vaccine and recombinant baculovirus-expressed hemagglutinin(rHA [FluBlok]) influenza vaccine.
