摘要
商标词的国际化实质上就是一种特殊形式的跨文化交际。不同民族在其思维方式、价值观念、民族传统和风俗习惯、宗教信仰、审美情趣等诸多方面存在着差异,他们在跨文化交际中对商标词的翻译起着重要的影响。通过对这些文化因素的差异进行比较分析,探讨文化之于商标词翻译的作用和影响。
The internationalization of trademark words is virtually a special kind of cross-cultural communication.Different nationalities vary in their modes of thinking,values,tradition,customs,religious beliefs,aesthetic sentiment,and the differences play an important influence on the trademark translation in cross-cultural communication.This paper,through the comparative analysis of differences of cultural factors involved,explores the influence of culture on the translation of trademark words.
