^(18)F-FDG PET全身显像与^(99m)Tc-MDP骨显像诊断肿瘤骨转移灶的对比研究 被引量:8

摘要 为评价18F-FDG PET全身显像对肿瘤骨转移的诊断价值,对52例肿瘤患者同时进行18F-FDG PET显像及99mTc-MDP骨显像,骨转移灶的最后诊断以组织病理、或CT、 MRI影像学检查和临床随访结果为依据。52例患者共检出骨转移灶106处,骨显像诊断骨转移的灵敏度(89.6%)高于PET(63.2%)。PET对肋骨及头颅骨转移的检测灵敏度较低,且单纯应用PET定位存在困难。因而对18F-FDG PET显像诊断肿瘤骨转移应持慎重态度,结合99mTc-MDP骨显像是必要的。 The purpose of this study was to assess the value of whole body 18F-FDG PET imaging in the diagnosis of bone metastases in patients with various tumors. Fifty two patients with various tumors underwent whole body 18F-FDG PET imaging and bone scintigraphy simultaneously. The diagnoses of bone metastases were based on histological findings, or the other imaging modalities such as CT, MRI and the clinical follow-up study. Altogether 106 bone metastases were detected in 52 patients. The sensitivity of bone scintigraphy and FDG PET for detecting bone metastases were 89.6% and 63.2% respectively. The sensitivity of PET is lower for detecting the metastases in ribs and skull, and the accurate location of lesions have some difficulty if assessed by PET imaging only. In conclusion, the diagnosis of bone metastases should be cautious by whole body 18F-FDG PET imaging, and it is essential to evaluate in combination with 99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy.
