摘要
肠致病性大肠埃希氏菌(EPEC)、肠产肠毒素大肠埃希氏菌(ETEC)、肠侵袭性大肠埃希氏菌(EIEC)、肠出血性大肠埃希氏菌(EHEC)四种致泻性大肠埃希氏菌是引起人体以腹泻症状为主的全球性疾病的常见病原菌,也是我国绝大多数地区引起腹泻的主要病原菌,因此快速准确地检测这四种病原菌对预防和控制由其引起腹泻有着十分重要的作用。本文介绍了这四种致泻性大肠埃希氏菌实验室检测技术的研究进展,主要包括细菌分离培养、免疫学检测、多重PCR、实时荧光PCR等分子生物学方法。
Four diagrrheagenic E. coli strains including enteropathogenic E. coli(EPEC ), enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC), enterotoxigenlc E. c oli (ETEC) and enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) are known to be common pathogens worldwide for diarrhea in human. Therefore rapid and accurate diagnosis of these four pathogens is very important for the prevention and control of diarrhea. This article reviewed the current progress in methods for the laboratory detection of these four pathogens including bacteria isolation and culture,immunology tests, molecular methods including multiplex PCR, real -time fluorescence PCR, etc.
