摘要
测量并分析了电解液中NaOH的浓度、电源频率和反应时间对AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化过程中溶液单位发热量和热损耗率的影响,提出了降低电解液热损耗率的技术途径。结果表明,控制NaOH的浓度在2.0 g/L以内、适当降低电源频率、反应时间在20-25 min之内可以显著降低热损耗率。
The influence of NaOH concentration,power frequcy and treatment time on the average heat quantity and heat wastage efficiency during micro-arc oxidation of AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied.The technical solutions to decline the heat wastage efficiency were also put forward.The experimental results showed that the heat wastage efficiency could be decreased obviously by controlling the NaOH concretation to be less than 2 g/L,lowering the power frequcy properly and controlling the treatment time to be within 20~25 min.
