太阳能电池中微纳陷光光栅结构 被引量:7

The light trapping in solar cells based on periodic nano-structures gratings

摘要 本文阐述了两种微纳结构光栅的陷光结构,简单介绍了两种结构的材料以及组成。重点研究了两种结构对波长为400nm至1100nm的范围内的光波的吸收情况。通过比较未优化和优化过的太阳能电池所得的数据可知,两种结构都能有效地提高太阳能电池的转换效率,吸收率都高于70%,并且增加了太阳能电池的短路电流。 This paper described two kinds of light trapping grating structures and briefly introduced the material and the composition.We focuses on the two kinds of structures on the wavelength range of 400-1100nm absorption of light waves inside.By comparing the no optimization and optimized solar cells,the data showed that two kinds of structures can effectively improve he conversion efficiency of solar cells,the absorption rate is higher than 70%,and increased short-circuit current of solar cells.
