摘要
由于激光熔覆技术自身的特点,激光熔覆处理后材料表面极易形成裂纹,已成为阻碍激光熔覆技术工业化应用的主要障碍之一。为解决此问题,加快推动激光熔覆技术的工业化应用,本文综述了国内外激光熔覆裂纹研究现状,着重分析了激光熔覆层裂纹的产生原因,归纳了熔覆层裂纹的表现形式,总结了目前抑制裂纹产生的防止措施,为防止裂纹的产生提供了理论和实践依据。
Inherent characteristics of laser cladding technique lead to the crack formation in the coating after surface laser cladding,which becomes one of the severe problems of industrial application of laser cladding technique.To solve this problem,and promote the development of industrialization applications of laser cladding technique,In this paper,it emphasizes on the analysis of the forming cause of laser cladding layer crack,and concluded the expression forms of cracks in laser cladding layer,then it summarized the current methods of preventing cracks,it provides the theoretical and practical basis for preventing cracks.
