摘要
利用铁矿石为主要原料,通过煅烧酸浸法制备出硫酸铁。以硫酸铁、硅酸钠为原料,制备了无机高分子混凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),研究了PFSS的制备工艺条件,PFSS投加量和废水pH值对PFSS混凝性能的影响。结果表明,当制备工艺条件为:SiO2质量分数为3%、活化时间为40min、活化的pH值为2、铁与硅摩尔比为0.50时,得到的PFSS具有最好的混凝性能,用其处理高COD、高浊度工业废水,混凝效果明显优于聚合硫酸铁(PFS)。
Ferric sulphate was prepared by calcination and acidic leaching from iron stone.A new type of inorganic high molecular coagulative agent-polyferric silicate sulfate(PFSS) was prepared by using ferric sulfate,sodium silicate as raw materials.The effect of the PFSS dosage and pH value of the wastewater on the coagulative property of the PFSS was studied.By the tests,the optimum preparative technological conditions of PFSS were as follows:SiO2mass fraction 3%,activation time 40min,pH of the activation 2,mol ratio of Fe to Si 0.50.The results of the coagulative experiment for treating high COD and high turbidity wastewater showed that the coagulative efficiency of the PFSS is much better than that of PFS.
