摘要
试验研究了一种再生混凝土路面砖的制备方法。首先通过正交试验进行再生混凝土路面砖配合比设计,以抗压与抗折强度作为主要性能指标,分析水泥用量、水胶比、再生粗骨料取代率等因素对再生混凝土路面砖性能的影响,运用极差分析法进行敏感性分析,再经补充试验确定再生混凝土路面砖的最优配合比。然后研究了再生混凝土路面砖的成型方法,提出了振动成型的工艺流程图,并按该工艺流程制备出两种规格的路面砖。最后依据JC/T 446—2000《混凝土路面砖》对生产出的路面砖进行了外观质量、尺寸偏差、物理力学性能检测,结果表明:按振动成型工艺生产的再生混凝土路面砖可达到标准对合格品的质量要求。
An experimental study on manufacturing method of recycled aggregate concrete pavement bricks was carried out.Firstly,Orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the mixture ratio by using compressive and flexural strengths as test indices.The influences on performance of recycled concrete from unit cement content,water-bind ratio,replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate to natural coarse aggregate and so forth were analyzed in terms of difference method.Secondly,a flow chart for manufacturing recycled aggregate concrete pavement bricks was put up based on vibro-molding process,which was used to produce two kinds of pavement bricks.Then their properties such as appearance of road quality,size bias,physical and mechanical performance were tested according to China code"Precast Concrete Paving Units"(JC/T 446—2000).The results showed the present method was reasonable.
