摘要
结合低熔点玻璃粉密封工艺,应用钙钠平板玻璃分别形成阴极面板、阳极面板和封装面板,研发了三极结构的场致发射显示器件。阳极面板作为相互连通的发射腔和排气腔的公共端,用于产生器件显示图像;具有高平整度的阳极面板处于真空环境中,不会出现形变现象,确保了发光图像的显示均匀性。封装面板上不存在任何电极。整体封装器件制作工艺稳定、可靠且成本低廉,具有较高的显示亮度、良好的栅控特性和图形显示功能。
With the low-melting glass frit sealing process,the triode field emission display device was developed;the cathode faceplate,anode faceplate and packaging faceplate were respectively formed using the soda-lime glass materials.Used as the common part of connected emitting chamber and exhaust chamber,the anode faceplate was adopted to display the device image.The deformation phenomenon was avoided for the anode faceplate with high smoothness in the vacuum environment,and the lightening image possessed good display uniformity.There was no any electrode for the packaging faceplate.The whole packaging device fabrication process was stable,reliable and low-cost.The developed display device possessed high display brightness,better grid-controlled characteristics and image display performance.
