核桃花序总黄酮超声提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 用紫外分光光度法测定提取液中总黄酮的含量;以总黄酮的提取百分比为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验对核桃花序总黄酮的超声提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,核桃花序总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度55%、料液比145、超声时间70min、提取3次。该工艺操作简单,重复性好,总黄酮提取率可高达5.6%以上。
