摘要
选用40只Wistar雄性初断乳大鼠,按体重随机分为本底组、实验组(CCMⅠ组、CCMⅡ组)和正对照组(CaCO3Ⅰ组、CaCO3Ⅱ组)。本底组在实验开始前处死,其它各组均饲以按AOAC配方配制的纯合成饲料,仅其中的钙分别来自Ca-CO3和CCM。CaCO3Ⅰ组和CCMⅠ组的饲料含钙200mg/100g,CaCO3Ⅱ组和CCMⅡ组的饲料含钙400mg/100g,分别达到大鼠推荐量的50%和100%。喂养观察28天。结果表明,CCM组大鼠钙吸收利用率和存留率均极显著高于同一剂量的碳酸钙组。提示CCM作为补钙制剂,较高的生物活性,能够有效地补充钙质,尤其对儿童和老年人。
Forty wistar weaning rats were randomly divided into 5 groups by body weigh,including basal ,CCMⅠ,CCMⅡ,Ca carbonate Ⅰ and Ca carbonate Ⅱ.The rats of basal group were killed at the beginning of experiment,the rats of other grouups were fed with pure mixed diet of AOAC formula for 28 days.The calcium content of the formula was 200 mg per 100g for CCMⅠand Ca carbonateⅠ,and 400mg per 100g for CCMⅡ and Ca carbonate Ⅱ. The results showed that the absorption and utilization of calcium in CCM groups were significantly higher than that of Ca carbonate groups in the same level of calcium content.It suggested that CCM exhibited excellent bioavailability.It offered excellent alternative source of calcium,particularly for children and older person.
