摘要
目的研究女贞子多糖及其分级沉淀部位对淋巴瘤细胞膜抗原性的影响。方法采用超声定时定量提取淋巴瘤细胞膜,测定细胞膜表面唾液酸的含量,同时免疫小鼠后,用间接ELISA法测定小鼠血清抗体的生成,观察女贞子多糖及其分级沉淀对淋巴瘤细胞抗原性的影响。结果女贞子多糖及其分级沉淀可以提高小鼠抗淋巴瘤细胞膜的血清抗体滴度,同时也降低淋巴瘤细胞膜表面唾液酸含量,其中以女贞子多糖及50%沉淀物作用最强。结论女贞子多糖及50%沉淀物提高淋巴瘤细胞表面抗原性,作用机制与降低淋巴瘤细胞表面唾液酸含量有关。
Aim To investigate the effect of the polysaccharide from Ligustrum lucidum Ait polysaccharide(LLP) and its fractions on lymphoma antigenicity. Methods The effect of LLP and its fractions on lym-phoma antigenicity was evaluated by indirect ELISA assay with mice immunized by lymphoma membrane.Also the effect of LLP on sialic acid level of lymphoma membrane was studied.Results LLP and its fractions had an obvious enhancement of lymphoma membrane serum antigenicity in mice immunized using extracts of membrane.At the same time sialic acid level on lymphoma membrane was decreased significantly.LLP and 50%fractions were the most effective.Conclusion LLP and its fractions could increase the expression of surface antigen and strengthen its antigenicity.These actions show that the antigenicity ebhanced by LLP and 50%fractions was related to the decrease of the sialic acid levels on lymphoma membrane.
