摘要
目的探讨狼疮肠系膜血管炎(lupus mesenteric vasculitis,LMV)的CT表现。资料与方法回顾性分析12例确诊为LMV患者的腹部CT影像表现,其中10例行CT增强扫描。结果局灶性或弥漫性肠管管壁均匀增厚11例、管径扩张10例,受累肠管异常强化("靶征")10例,肠壁积气2例,肠系膜小血管肿胀及"梳征"12例。其他征象包括:胸腹腔积液、脾肿大、腹膜后淋巴结肿大等。结论局灶性或弥漫性肠壁均匀增厚及肠系膜小血管肿胀是LMV的主要征象。
Objective To discuss the CT features of lupus mesenteric vasculitis （LMV）. Materials and Meth-ods The abdominal CT imaging data of 12 patients with LMV were analyzed retrospectively. 10 patients received enhanced CT examinations. Results The main CT findings included focal or diffused symmetric bowel wall thickening（n=11）and dilatation of intestinal segments（n=10）,abnormal bowel wall enchancement （target sign） （n=10）,intestinal pneumoatosis （n=2）,mesenteric vascular engorgement （comb sign） （n=12）.Other CT features included ascites,hydrothorax,splenomegaly,lymphoadenopathy etc. Conclusion Focal or diffused symmetric bowel wall thicking and mesenteric vascular engorgement are the main CT features of LMV.
