摘要
目的：探讨经产妇与初产妇妊娠及分娩结局的差异，提高围产保健工作质量。方法：统计2009年5月～10月间，前来昆山市妇幼保健所建册的382例经产妇与同期的2099例初产妇的剖宫产率、高龄产妇（935岁）、不良妊娠史（流产、引产）、发生过期妊娠、胎膜早破、脐带绕颈（脱垂）、产后出血、胎盘粘连差异情况，并同时对两组孕妇分娩的384例经产儿和2115例初产儿的分娩娠结局进行比较和分析；结果：经产妇的高龄产妇（≥35岁）检出率、不良妊娠史检出率、产后出血率均大于初产妇（P值均〈0．01）；经产妇的巨大儿检出率及围产儿死亡率均高于初产妇（P值均〈0．053；而初产妇胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率则高于经产妇（P值均〈0．05）。结论：应根据经产妇及初产妇的不同妊娠及分娩特征，加强产时监护，降低孕产妇及新生儿死亡率，提高出生人口素质。

Conclusion ： It Should be based on maternal and primiparae by different characteristics of pregnancy and childbirth, while enhancing monitoring capacity to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality and improve the quality of newborn babies.
