摘要
随着我国社会主义建设事业的劲猛发展,提高众多工程项目总承包及相关的施工管理水平,合理规范施工管理的行为,切实保证工程的质量和施工过程的安全,科学、合理的控制工程造价,建设工程项目管理已提上日程。与之相关连的建设工程项目施工的成本控制、建设工程项目的进度控制、建设工程项目的质量控制、建设工程的合同与合同管理已经成为项目管理的核心问题,需要摆在首位来严抓。
With rapid development of China＇s socialist construction,to improve general contracting and related construction management,regulate construction management behavior reasonable standards,and to ensure project quality and project cost control safety of the construction process in scientific and rational way,construction project management have been put on the agenda.What is associated with is the construction project cost control in construction,construction project schedule control,quality control of construction projects,construction contracts and project management,contract management have become the core issues,needing to strictly control in the first place.
