抑郁症患者血浆褪黑素水平的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血浆褪黑素与抑郁症之间的关系。方法纳入76例符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准的抑郁症患者为抑郁症组,80名健康人为对照组,进行血浆褪黑素(MT)水平的检测,并进行对照分析。结果抑郁症组血浆MT水平显著低于正常对照组(P=0.006),在抑郁症组中服药组与未服药组血浆MT水平无显著差异(P=0.709)。结论抑郁症患者血浆MT水平降低,可能为抑郁症发病的影响因素;抗抑郁剂(SSRI类)治疗前后对血浆MT水平影响不明显,提示外源性MT对抑郁症疗效不明显,但可改善睡眠。
