摘要
总结了13例前路手术治疗下颈椎后纵韧带骨化合并硬膜囊骨化症患者早期并发症的观察与护理。对本组患者术后早期均进行针对性的观察与护理,加强生命体征的监测,以及颈部切口感染和血肿、神经损伤、肺部并发症、植骨块或钢板松动等并发症的观察与护理,患者术后并发症均得到及时处理及有效控制。
This paper summarizes the observation and nursing of postoperative complications in 13 patients after anterior cervical surgery for the treatment of ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament and dural ossification.The measures included intensive monitoring of vital signs,close observation and nursing of postoperative complications,such as incision infection and hematoma,nerve injuries,pulmonary complications,loose of bone graft of steel plate.All the postoperative complications were treated timely and controlled effectively.
