摘要
采用2种超滤膜对壳聚糖螯合溶液中的Hg2+进行分离试验,考察了影响壳聚糖螯合效果的一些主要因素。结果表明,当溶液中Hg2+的质量浓度低于16.6667mg·L-1,汞离子质量与壳聚糖质量比为5:6,且溶液呈碱性的条件下用聚丙烯超滤膜除汞的效果较好。将该方法应用于处理实际工业废水中汞的去除,滤液中汞的含量达到国家的排放标准(0.05mg·L-1)。
This article mainly discussesed the effect that using ultrafiltration membrane to remove mercury ions in chitosan chelate solution and investigating some key factors of working on chelate effect of chitosan. The test found that when the mercury ion concentration less than 16.666 7 mg·L-1,the rate of amount of mercury ion with chitosan is 5:6,and when the solution presents alkaline conditions,could get the best effect of remove mercury ions. In the last experiment used this method to treat industrial wastewater,the above-mentioned conditions have also been verified(0.05 mg·L-1).
