摘要
为建立新型高弹性联轴器的试验平台,满足其大扭矩小摆角的实验要求,基于逆滚珠螺旋传动原理设计一种大扭矩力转换机构,该机构可以将输入往复直线运动转化为输出件的左右摆动。应用Pro/E软件对该转换机构建立三维实体模型,并将其导入ADAMS中进行动力学仿真,着重分析机构中扭矩输出件与滚珠的运动情况,得到螺旋套输出曲线及滚珠运动曲线。分析结果验证了虚拟样机的正确性,为新产品开发提供了有效手段。
For the establishment of new high-elastic coupling of the test platform to meet their high-torque requirements of small swing angle experiments, based on ball screw transmission, a high-torque force converter which can transform directly the straight movement to rotation movement was designed. The force converter model was build by Pro/E, then the flexible multi-body systems were simulated and analyzed by ADAMS software, especially the movement of spiral set output and ball were emphatically analyzed, the curves of movement were also obtained, the validity of the virtual prototyping is verified And simulation data provides effective means for the development of new products.
