摘要
目的建立桑麻丸中芦丁的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:C18色谱柱,甲醇为流动相A,0.5%磷酸溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长358nm。结果芦丁在0.0768mg·mL-1～0.1792mg·mL-1内线性关系良好,r=0.9992,平均回收率99.77%,RSD为1.07%。结论该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏、准确,可作为桑麻丸的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a method for determination of rutin in Sangma Pill.Methods HPLC was performed on Agilent C18 analytical column.The mobile phase was methanol as A and 0.5% phosphoric acid as B,with gradient elution and the detection wavelength was 358 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in 0.076 8～0.179 2 mg · mL^-1（r = 0.999 2）.The average recovery was 99.77%（RSD = 1.07%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for quality control of Sangma Pill.
