摘要
本文认为,国家职业核心能力测评题库建设,特别是解决问题能力子库建设应该把握三个重要方面,遵循标准,找准定位;贴近职场,坚定取向;测评考生,确保信度和效度。
Constructing the testing item pool of the national vacational core competence, especially constructing the subpool of problem-solving capacity should grasp three main aspects: following the criterion and defining the role; pressing close to the job market and firming orientation; testing the examinees to make sure of reliability andefficiency.
