摘要
采用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)处理低碳氮比的猪场沼液,考察了其脱氮效果。结果表明,当猪场沼液的氨氮为200~450mg/L、平均C/N值为0.91时,SBBR工艺对氨氮的去除率可达75%左右,出水氨氮大部分低于80mg/L,基本达到了《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596--2001)的要求。根据氨氮的降解途径推断,在SBBR中存在短程硝化一厌氧氨氧化过程。
The sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) was applied in the treatment of biogas slurry with low carbon ratio in a pig farm, and the nitrogen removal efficiency was investigated. The results show that when the ammonia nitrogen in the biogas slurry is 200 to 450 mg/L, and the C/N ratio averages 0.91, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in SBBR is 75% , and the effluent ammonia nitrogen is less than 80 mg/L, which reaches the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breed- ing (GB 18596 -2001). According to the path analysis of the degradation of ammonia nitrogen, it is concluded that Sharon-Anammox process exists in SBBR.
