摘要
目的:观察温阳通络胶囊配合温针灸对治疗肥胖型膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:随机选择90例肥胖型骨性关节炎患者,分为3组,每组30例,试验1组予以温阳通络胶囊配合温针灸治疗,试验2组予以单独口服温阳通络胶囊治疗,对照组予以单独口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊治疗。检测血清瘦素水平及进行疗效评价。结果:温阳通络胶囊配合温针灸组能明显改善治疗组患者的症状,并降低血清瘦素水平(P<0.01)。结论:温阳通络胶囊配合温针灸对肥胖型膝骨关节炎疾病具有良好的疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of the Wenyangtongluo capsule and knee four pins acupuncture treating the knee osteoarthritics of obesity type.Methods All the 90 patients were divided into three groups randomly.Each group have 30 patients.The treatment group 1 was treated by wenyangtongluo capsule with knee four pin,group 2 was treated by Wenyangtongluo capsule.The control group was treated by glucosamine.Then detected the content of the serum leptin and evaluated the effect of therapy.Results Compared with the treatment group 2 and the control group,the symptoms were improved and the serum leptin wre relieved in the treatment group 1 （P 0.01）.Conclusion The effect of wenyangtongluo capsule with knee four pin hot acupuncture treating knee joint osteoarthritis of obesity type is to relieve clinical symptom and improve joint function obviously.
